AMD’s plans to accelerate the typical-use energy-efficiency gains of its mobile-computing products with a 25x typical-use energy-efficiency improvement over the next six years. To achieve this remarkable goal, AMD plans to tap a variety of resources, mostly in the areas of architecture, design, and software, in addition to silicon process technology.
