Kendra McGregor

Kendra McGregor owns TIRIAS Research's administrative business processes, including NDAs, contracts, invoicing, payment administration, and taxes. She is the control point where completed work becomes an invoice and an invoice becomes a payment, which means she maintains visibility into every client and media-partner engagement across the firm and sometimes magically appears just over Jim's shoulder in video calls. When not keeping the books logical, she raises and nurtures a household of Vulcans, which turns out to be excellent preparation for running the business side of a research firm: everyone is brilliant, nobody thinks the deadline applies to them, and someone still has to make sure the paperwork goes out on time.
